The Peak is a residential skyscraper in Sydney. Located at 2 Quay Street in Haymarket.  The Peak is 166m in height and consists of 46 levels.  The Peak Apartments includes a multi-level retail complex called Market City, which includes a carpark and Paddy's Market.

The Peak was developed by Gracon and completed in 1996.  The architect is Crone & Associates.  Facilities include an indoor swimming pool, a gym, a sauna, two tennis courts, a golf practice area, barbecue and a running track, all on the 6th floor.
